3comfortable, but huge sizing and problems with clasps  Mar 15, 2006
By E. Scheck
With the right size, I think this would be a very good bra. It's comfortable and supportive.

However, be aware that the cup sizing runs WAY LARGE. I wear a large cup size even when not pregnant or nursing, so I was very surprised to find that this bra was too big! I ordered according to the measurements listed (G), and the bra I got was WAY too big. I exchanged it for two cup sizes smaller (F), and the new one is still way too big, though I needed it urgently by the time I received it, so I have kept it and have just accepted that it's too loose to hold nursing pads in place.

In addition, I have found it totally impossible to unhook the cup clasps one-handed, which is a bummer when I'm holding an impatient hungry baby.

Also, the first one I received was defective (one of the cup clasps didn't hold). The customer service person was very courteous, and it worked out okay since it enabled me to get the smaller size without having to pay for shipping a second time. However, it was still a big inconvenience because I had to pay for a second bra until they received the first one back, and my baby decided to make her appearance before the second bra arrived, so I didn't have it during that first week of trying to get accustomed to nursing.

I DO recommend trying this bra, but my advice is to order a couple cup sizes smaller than what you think you need, and order far enough in advance to give you time for an exchange or two if necessary. Better yet, if stores carry your size (Most stores don't carry larger sizes), buy it in person so you can try it on.

2Not Comfortable  Dec 08, 2009

The fabric on this bra was itchy, plus it bunched around the nipples no matter which way I pulled to get a better fit. The support was adequate, but I will be returning this bra and not trying again with this brand.

4pretty decent bra  Sep 21, 2009
By Mary K. Minson
This bra has good support without an underwire (which is great since underwire bras can help cause clogged milk ducts) and it was the only nursing bra I could find that had adjustable shoulder straps. The only complaint I have about this bra, and I hope the manufacturer reads this and fixes the problem-is that the hook and eye closures are not sewn in good enough. I just purchased 2 more of these bras not too long ago after my first 2 started falling apart, and now they too are having issues with the hook and eye closures. They are loosley sewn in, so they keep pulling out!! It is frustrating! Keep in mind that I also ALWAYS hand wash and line dry them.

1super duper huge  Jan 18, 2007

I have Goddess bras, and it seems that each style has it's own sizing. The love at first sight bra fits wonderfully, while this bra is about 3 cup sizes larger than what it is supposed to be!

Great product. Hooks are a bit of a pain but washes well and is supportive without being an underwire. Comfortable enough to wear to bed!
