This product does what it says. I jog and don't want to bounce. It is comfortable to run in and cool.

It doesn't bind, and it's easy to pull over head. No annoying hook closures that cause chafing! And the shoulders are not too tight. Material is perfect - moisture wicking, light, supportive, and non chafing. No going back to any other sports bras!

Fantastic! Use it for running, cycling, and crosstraining. I have two. Very comfortable, durable, and they dry quickly.

I'm not very large, a 34C, but very bouncy, and this bra provides no control of the bouncing at all for me. I was very disappointed with it.

The size ran a little big. So the fit was not as snug as I would have hoped. It therefore did not create the support I was looking for. My advice would be to go down a size, if you like a fit that will not cause too much bounce. I will not be wearing the bra for running , but it will work for general workout.
